QJPC-S/X steam turbine maintenance electric turning gear is a special maintenance equipment for large thermal power plants. QJPC-X Product features
- This QJPC-X bottom mounted maintenance turning gear with concise and attractive appearance, its small gear meshes with the big gear under the horizontal joint. The rotor can be turned continuous or inching positive and reverse;
- It is fixed on the position of the original working turning gear. After being installed in place and fixed at one time, all of the maintenance and measurement work can be completed without any adjustment, the turbine rotor can be lifted out or into the cylinder freely;
- Pull the clutch handle on the gear box to ensure the turbine rotor to rotate smoothly when the gear is meshed, and when the meshing gear is separated, the small gear can rotate freely to ensure that the big gear on the turbine rotor can mesh with the small gear when lifting into the cylinder;
- After turning the rotor in place, press the inching reverse button to ensure that the measured rotor is completely free, and the measured data is true and accurate. Because the small gear meshes with the big gear under the horizontal joint, the upper part of the big gear is completely exposed, making it easier to work and observe data;
- The QJPC-X turning gear can be used as emergency backup without uncover the bearing, in case the jacking pump is opened;
- Portable electric controller is small and light, flexible in operation and wide range of movement.
