JXPT turbine low-pressure cylinder maintenance platform is a working platform that can be quickly covered on the horizontal Joint after opening the low-pressure cylinder during maintenance of turbine unit.
The main cover plate of maintenance platform is designed to be folded. The cover plates of inner and outer cylinders are made of 6~8 mm thick high-quality anti-slip checkered aluminum plate. The cover plates of outer low-pressure cylinder are fully connected with the main cover plates by supporting rods in operations. The requirement of covering the exhaust vents after turbine inner and outer cylinder uncovering is completely met. To reuse the platform next time, they can be placed in special storage shelves or boxes.
