The seal gland clearance adjustment device of turbine (referred to as clearance adjustment device) is the special equipment for processing the gland sealing block at the maintenance site. High-speed motor can drive the scraping tool to rotate quickly. Pull the handle on the beam to make the beam move in an arc and thus complete the milling of the back of gland sealing block.
The gland sealing block is processed to reduce the clearance between gland sealing gear and turbine shaft seal. A scraping tool rest is installed on the sliding rest of motor, the gears of gland sealing block can be scraped after installing the gear scraping tool, and scraping gland sealing gear is used to increase the clearance between gland sealing gear and gland shaft seal.
