During the maintenance of turbine in nuclear power plant or other power plant, the inner and outer cylinder bolts of high and low pressure cylinder should be removed, a lot of space is occupied at the maintenance site when the bolts are removed and placed horizontally, bolts may collide with each other, and it is inconvenient for maintenance when bolts are placed horizontally. The bolts can be placed and taken out safely and conveniently by using of bolt shelf, and maintenance personnel can complete the inspection, flaw detection, finishing and derusting of bolts properly. A full set of bolt shelves may be placed in the maintenance site orderly, so as to realize neat and beautiful effect, save a lot of space and improve maintenance efficiency.
The bolt shelves are mainly divided into rotary type, fishbone type and honeycomb type. Among them bolts are stored vertically at rotary bolt shelves and obliquely placed at the shelves with bearing tip. The bolts can rotate 360° on the shelves, so the full set of bolt shelf is designed reasonably and made excellently for protecting bolts and facilitating maintenance.
